The Festival kicks off with Feast and Frolic, the largest dinner party you can imagine under the Festival tent. Enjoy a delectable four course menu prepared by the chefs and students of The Culinary Institute of Canada. This premier culinary event sells out quickly!

Your days will be jam packed with exciting culinary activities in the tent. Expect cooking demonstrations and cookbook signings with our celebrity chef and live competitions all day long. Watch as the world’s best oyster shuckers, the finest chefs and hard working mussel and oyster growers compete for over $26,000 in cash prizes. Our lively Shellfish House Band will keep the action going all day long as copies amounts of clams, mussels, oysters, lobster and other culinary delights are served up all day and night in the Festival tent.

At night that’s when the party gets started. We pack the stage with the best entertainment the East Coast has to offer and combine it with the comedic acts of your host Rob Barry.
