All the competition winners are posted here. The PEI Fishermen’s Association broke the record for the longest lobster roll on Sunday Sept. 20 and baked a continuous 78 feet 8 inches lobster roll. Culinary by Day

Things heat up by day with an exciting lineup of culinary activities and competitions in the tent. Expect Prince Edward Island shellfish cooking demonstrations with Chef Lynn Crawford and Chef Ricardo, cookbook signings and live competitions all day long. Be front row and centre as the world’s best oyster shuckers, the finest chefs and hard-working mussel and oyster growers compete for over $26,000 in cash prizes. Our lively east coast entertainment will keep the action going all day long as copious amounts of Prince Edward Island quahogs, mussels, oysters, lobster and other culinary delights are served up all day and night in the Festival tent. The P.E.I. International Shellfish Festival was named #8 Food, Wine & Hospitality Top Events in Canada by BizBash Magazine!

Kitchen Party by Night

After a day of getting shucked & spooned, the night comes alive with live entertainment that will have you shaking your traps all night long! The party kicks off Friday night with ECMA award winner Jimmy Rankin. Signal Hill will headline the party Saturday night. Capping off the weekend will be the 20th Anniversary Birthday Bash on Sunday, complete with a grand finale performance by CCMA winner George Canyon!
