Chef Chris MacAdam is a culinary journeyman grad of SAIT in Calgary AB 2001. Working for many fine dining destinations across Canada, and Burmuda. In 2003 Chris began the study of wine to add more to his dish experiences, and graduated through CAPS as a professional Sommelier in 2006.
