Ken Otto is the current President, Family & Premium Dining Division and the Chief Development Officer of CARA Operations Limited. The Family & Premium Division includes Swiss Chalet, Harvey’s, Montana’s, East Side Mario’s and Milestones.
Ken has a long and fun career in the Food Services industry recently holding roles at Boston Pizza as the Executive Vice President of Operations and most recently as their Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Boston Pizza, Ken was the Director, Franchise Operations and Development for Moxie’s Classic Grill.
Over his career, Ken has spent previous times at CARA, including General Manager, Flight Kitchen-Airline Services, and COO, Air Terminal Restaurants.
Having lived in cities across Canada, Ken commenced his hospitality career consutling with leading firms including Laventhol & Horwath, Price Waterhouse and PKF.
