Jérémie studied cooking in France and worked five years in high-end restaurants & hotels before moving to Montreal, where he opened Barroco in 2008. That venture was followed by the opening of Bocata restaurant and wine bar two years later. His latest projects, Foiegwa and the Atwater Cocktail Club have confirmed his status as a successful chef-owner. Jérémie has also made a name for himself as an invited chef in world renowned festivals such as Life is Beautiful in Vegas and Osheaga Montreal.
