Jeremy Tucker is an Islander and graduated from the Culinary Institute in 2001. His career began on the Island at Seasons in Thyme Restaurant and The Inn at Bay Fortune. His talent has taken him to the James Beard House in New York, Bermuda, Ontario, Banff, and he now calls the Okanagan home. Jeremy has found the source of some of the best produce in the Okanagan Valley. He showcases the best his local producers have to offer on his plates.
