Restaurant: Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery
John has been working in Southern Ontario’s best kitchens for the past 12 years. He has also worked in a Michelin-starred kitchen in Liguria, Italy. After leaving Toronto, John and his wife moved to Niagara-on -the- Lake and opened The Norton Underground – a secret dining society. The society hosts ‘pop up’ style dinners in creative locations, all while keeping the menu and location a secret. John is also the Chef de Cuisine of Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery in St. Davids, Niagara-on-the-Lake.
