Restaurant: Seto Kitchen & Bar
Born in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Kenneth Pittman began honing his culinary skills at age five when his grandfather Seto, who immigrated from China to Newfoundland, began teaching him how to cook. Now having worked in the industry for over fifteen years, Kenneth’s practice ties together Newfoundland culinary tradition with Asian cuisine to create contemporary, Canadian dishes. Today Kenneth is the chef/owner of Seto Kitchen + Bar in St. John’s, Newfoundland.
