Formerly the Executive Chef of El Cortez and Mercers Catering, Chef Lindsay Porter trained and graduated from the culinary program at NAIT where she then travelled to Europe for two months. Lindsay has been involved with numerous charity fundraising events such as Wellspring and Mount Royal Cook-Off. She has also competed in numerous competitions such as Gold Medal Plates, Canadian and World Food Championships, and CCFCC National Challenge. Lindsay is now the Executive Chef of Woodwork Restaurant.
