Restaurant: Supply and Demand
Having built his skills and reputation in some of Canada’s most notable restaurants, Steve Wall is one of Ottawa’s most respected Chefs. His Wellington West restaurant, Supply and Demand, which he launched in January 2013 with wife Jennie, has created a strong following with its ever-changing menu of innovative raw seafood creations and refined handmade pasta. Steve currently lives with Jennie and their two young children just a few streets away from Supply and Demand and starts most days with early morning pasta making.
