The 2023 National Best Caesar in Town Competition is taking place at PEI International Shellfish Festival. This uniquely Canadian competition, features bartenders and mixologists from across Canada who earned their spots on stage in PEI after being crowned the best of the best from their respective provinces. Judged on creativity, presentation, garnish and most of all taste, this competition will spark your own personal creativity when serving Canada’s official cocktail.
