Food Network Celebrity Chef and celebrated award-nominated cookbook author, Lynn Crawford has over 25 years of culinary experience. Lynn is the chef-owner of Ruby Watchco, in 2010, Lynn launched Ruby Watchco, a market inspired, Chef driven, restaurant in Toronto’s East End, which has garnered critical acclaim as one of the best restaurants in the country. Lynn opened in April 2015, her new restaurant “The Hearth” at the Pearson International Airport Toronto; featuring her flavourful creations. Lynn was the formerly executive chef for the Four Seasons Hotel in both Toronto and New York.
Chef Lynn has starred in the popular Food Network Show, Pitchin’ In. The show, followed Lynn as she visits farmers, growers, and fishermen across North America in search of the freshest and best ingredients. Throughout her journey, she takes on any challenge, relying on locals to show her how it’s done. Lynn’s dynamic hosting and the series was nominated for a Gemini Award in 2010, 2011 and 2013. The show spawned Chef Lynn’s first best-selling cookbook (2012) Pitchin’ In: More Than 100 Great Recipes from Simple Ingredients. Her second best-selling cookbook, At Home with Lynn Crawford, was released in September 2013. Simple, real home cooking that’s full of great flavour is the secret to Crawford’s favourite everyday recipes that she serves at home.
Chef Lynn has made regular television appearances on programs such as Iron Chef America, Top Chef Masters Season Five, Restaurant Makeover, Top Chef Canada and currently a resident judge on Chopped Canada. Her new TV show “The Great Canadian Cookbook”, four-part series aired in November 2015, Chef Lynn headed across Canada, into the communities and homes of Canadians, to cook and eat with the food lovers and heroes we all need to know. Chef Lynn Crawford has teamed up with Waterview Market to create a signature line of delicious sauces and marinades that pair perfectly with the best shrimp in the market. This new line of delicious shrimp features eight flavours that will delight any discerning palette. In addition, she is the Chef Ambassador for Egg Farmers of Canada.
Chef Lynn’s new cookbook, Farm to Chef (on-sale Sept. 12, 2017) celebrates the bounty of the seasons with over 140 recipes featuring farm-fresh produce for every occasion.

Chef Chuck Hughes – 2017
Chuck is the co-owner and executive chef of Montreal hot-spots, Garde Manger and Le Bremner. He is also the talented star of such Food Network Canada and Cooking Channel (U.S.) shows as Chuck’s Day Off, Chuck’s Week Off and Chuck’s Eat The Street. His unbridled passion for entertaining translates into both memorable food and captivating television.
After going to culinary school and working in some of the hottest restaurants in Montreal he partnered with his two best friends and opened Garde Manger to rave reviews and packed seating. In August 2011, he and his partners opened their second restaurant in Old Montreal – Le Bremner.
Five years ago Chuck and the team at Crown Salts first catered the VIP Artist World at Osheaga, Montreal’s renowned 3 day music and arts festival. Since then, every year Chuck and his team create an unforgettable dining experience for the more than the 100 appearing bands at the festival.
Some of the other highlights of Chuck’s celebrity cooking career include; becoming the youngest Canadian chef to win on Iron Chef America; starring with nine other celebrity chefs on The Next Iron Chef: Super Chefs; joining an all-star panel of judges on Chopped Canada as well as publishing two best-selling books for Harpercollins Canada, “Garde Manger” and “Chuck’s Day Off.”
Recently he starred in two Quebec series À couteaux tirés and La Relève as well as a new series on Food Network Canada, Chuck and Danny’s Road Trip, which follows Chuck and his best buddy chef Danny Smiles as they explore and eat their way across Canada. He also launched a line of highly anticipated food products. My Kitchen Staples are delicious essential items such as olive oil, vinegars, maple syrup and antipastos that Chuck uses in both his restaurants and at home. All the staples are made by people he knows, trusts and gives credit for their quality. Chef Ricardo – 2015
A cook. An author. A television personality. An entrepreneur. Ricardo is all of the above, representing a brand that stands for a contemporary family lifestyle.
His eponymous magazine, RICARDO, is a phenomenal success in Quebec. The English edition launched last September in the rest of Canada and is gaining momentum by the day. Hundreds of thousands of fans follow his every move on social media.

Chef Mark McEwan’s Butter Braised Lobster Braised Poutine served as the second course of the evening at Feast and Frolic was a hit with the crowd. Co-hosting the evening alongside Chef Michael Smith, the two celeb chefs kept the crowd entertained all evening with lots of laughs, simple take home cooking tips and a full belly.
Guests watched on the stage screens as Chef Mark went behind the scenes where the Culinary Institute of Canada team was plating up his delicious course. We also cannot forget when Mark’s team defeated Michael’s team during the oyster slurping race.
