Restaurant: Tuckshop Kitchen
Born and raised in Newfoundland, Jake started his culinary career at the Culinary Institute of Canada in PEI. He then went on to work in England at Lords of the Manor Hotel where the restaurant earned one Michelin Star. After heading back to Canada, Jake began working under Chef Jermey Charles before heading to Calgary to work for Justin Leboe as a young cook. He then moved back to NFLD where he helped Chef Jermey open Raymonds then later Mallard Cottage.
Jake is currently the chef and co-owner of Tuckshop Kitchen in Toronto.
