Jesse MacDonald was born into a 4th generation lobster fishing family in Launching, PEI. His childhood home was located on the corner of his grandfather’s large family farm so he was able to spend ample time as a youngster gaining an appreciation & understanding for all things land & sea. After 15 years, 3 provinces and 2 continents, Jesse has returned home to his culinary roots and is quickly becoming known for his distinct style of eclectic PEI Cuisine steeped in our heritage.
