Christopher Cho has been awarded CBC Future 40, Foodie under 40 through Western Living, as well as the proud 2x recipient of the Mott’s* Clamato * Regional (Saskatchewan) and National Best Caesar in Town Award (2017 and 2018) amongst other cocktail competition winnings.
Christopher Cho is a natural with an eye for detail and a pallet for concocting balanced, whimsical and well seasoned cocktails with just the right “umami”. This dynamic and driven entrepreneur boasts opening four restaurants in Western Canada with his business partners, one of which is Top Chef Canada Season 1 winner Chef Dale MacKay; Ayden Kitchen & Bar, Little Grouse on The Prairie and Sticks and Stones in Saskatoon. He recently opened his forth venture in Regina called Avenue. Each restaurant focuses on the world of flavours and varies from Italian, Korean and Japanese to French influence in the food. You can visit Christopher at Avenue as he works 6 days a week behind the bar. Avenue has been awarded in the top 10 Best New Restaurant’s in Canada through Air Canada’s enRoute publication and has been listed in the top 100 best restaurants in Canada through Maclean’s Magazine.
