My love of cooking began when I started helping Mom make Italian food. When I was 12 I became the Master of the meat lasagne.
In cooking, I can experiment and pick and choose what I want to create. I’m fascinated by 3D printers and have recently heard you can create intricate chocolate delicacies using a computer model and a specialized 3D printer.
This summer my cousin Amieke came back from Japan and showed me how to make sushi and vegan dumplings. I’m always looking to try new recipes.
I live in Windsor Junction with my long haired Dad, Bruce, my fun Mom, Heather, my nutty sister, Julie, my hyper Border Collie, Lexi and my fish, Bubbles and Sunny.
