My name is Maxx and I am 11 years old and I live in Charlottetown with my Mom and Dad and 2 younger siblings. I have had a lot of years of practice by helping my parents in the kitchen and have completed three weeks of Culinary Bootcamp for the last 3 summers. I enjoy finding new recipes and trying new foods. I enjoy cooking and serving the food I have made to my friends and family. I hope I have a chance to show my cooking skills at the Shellfish Festival this year!
